Every element has to earn it. Before anything gets added I ask what its role is, whether it's useful or noise, how it affects the experience. If it can't answer, it doesn't belong.
AI is a tool, not a personality. I use it every day. It makes my life easier when I prompt it right, but the work is still mine. "AI-powered" slapped on everything is losing meaning.
